Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:—We conducted a most successful clearing sale of dairy stock and implements on account of Mr. A. J. Edrrinton, of Duller Itond, on September 13. The whole herd of winter and dimmer milkers averaged £19 55.. whilst springing heifers sold particularly well, making up to £30 sb. and £31 ss. We ouote: Springing cows, £18 10s. to £32 10s.; late calvcrs, £9 to £16 10s.; cows in milk (good). £20 to £36; cows in milk (ordinary). £10 to SlB 109.; springing heifers, £13 10s. to £31 55.; heifer calves, 265.; yearling heifers, £8 ss.- Holstein bull. £12; 2-vear Jersey bull, £22; 6-year-old mares, £42 10s. to £52; aged gelding. £26.
