FISCHER TAKEN TO NEW YORK THREAT TO BLOW UP CUSTOMHOUSE By Telegraph-Press Association-OocyrlifM New York, September 21. Edwin Fischer, who is suspected in connection with the Wall Street explosion, was brought from Ontario, where ho had been committed to an asylum for the insane on the application of relatives. Ho was taken to a special ward of the New York Hospital. The police do not believe ho was connected with tho explosion. The New York Customhouse is heavily guarded owing to the receipt of a warning tlmt an attempt, is to bo made to blow up tho building.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable iisn.
