AMERICAN FORCES TO BE ' RECALLED, (Reo. September 20, 0.10 a.m.) New York, September 18. The State Department has intimated that tho American.forces in the Adriatic will shortly bo recalled. The battleslwp Olympia and several cruisers who havo been acting as tho custodia» of the Atis-tio-nungarian ships there havo prattically completed their mission. Tho State Department has not received any official intimation respecting tho reported agreement between Sisrnor Giolitti and" M. Millerand concerning tho Adriatii..
