In view of Signor Giolitti's announcement the lombardy masters have agreed to grant the. pritaciple of trade union control rather than struggle with the Government against them. Signer Giolitti proposes to embody the Confederation of Labour's proposals for the management of industry iu a Bill. Meanwhile the workers 'remain in occupation of the workshops and masters and men discuss details of the Bill.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
