-i / THE TROUBLE ON THE MOERAKI. The deadlock aboard tho intercolonial steamer Moeraki continued yesterday, and despite attempts to arrive at an agreement no settlement was reached. The men still decline to sign on the vessel's articles, and as a result the ship is held up.
