NO SETTLEMENT
-i / THE TROUBLE ON THE MOERAKI. The deadlock aboard tho intercolonial steamer Moeraki continued yesterday, and despite attempts to arrive at an agreement no settlement was reached. The men still decline to sign on the vessel's articles, and as a result the ship is held up. It is hoped to dispatch the vessel at noon to-day for Sydney and llobart, but it is said to' be extremely doubtful if the'vessel n'ill sail.
