The "Morning Post's" Warsaw correspondent states that tho Polish _ peace manoeuvres at Riga will be complicated, owing to tho divergence of the French, English, and Italian programme's. Tho Polish Foreign Office states that it will make tho best poace possible. The British authorities must abandon their devotion to the boundary laid down in July, which line is impossible, inasmuch as it gives all the advantages to the Bolsheviks, leaves Warsaw at the mercy of sudden, unexpected attacks, and dooms Poland to perpetual fighting.—Aus.-N.Z.
