PROTEST AGAINST IRISH POLICY DUBLIN COUNCIL AND MAGISTRATBS'RESIGN. (Rec. September 12, 5.5 p.m) ■ London, September 11. The Dublin City Council and Magistrates have resigned bodily as a protest against the Government's Irish policy. LONE-HANDED FIGHT WITH RAIDERS
