Considerable interest is being displayed in the apnearance of "Digger" Evans opposed to Havilah TJren at the Town Hall on Monday next. Tho training quarters of both men have been visited by numerous enthusiasts each afternoon. Those who saw the ficreciuncr of the Evans-Jamito conteßt recently were probably struck with the great speed of the "Digger" and his training work has been watched with more than usual interest. What he lacks in height and reach he appears to make up for in speed and cleverness in getting away from trouble. Uren has a great, ad" vantage in height and several pounds in weight bo that he should be able to make the contest willing and interesting. Tho box plan opens this morning at the association's office in Pcatherston Street. Attention is directed to an announcement in oiir advertising columns.
