AUCKLAND TRAMWAY UNION TO BE PROSECUTED. Auckland, August 2S. Tlio Crown Solicitor has instituted proceed'ings against Vhc Tramway Union ill connection with the tramway strike which arose out of the jockeys' dispute. •The hearitig- is fixed for September 22.
