Messrs. Dalgcty and Company, Limited, report having held their fortnightly Btock sale at Levin on Tuesday, when they offered a large yarding of both sheep and cattlo. The prices realised for hoggets wore slightly lower than at previous sales, and the demand for cattle was about the same. Quotations arc as follow:-6heop: Fat wethers, 37a. to £2 25.; fat ewes, 31b. (A. to 345.; ewes, in lamb, 225. to 235. 6d\-2-tooth wethers, 245. to 25a. 6d.; m s hoggets. 21s. to 245. 9d. The Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd., l'ahiatua, report on their weekly sale, held in the' Farmers' Yards, Pahiatua, on Tuesday, as iollows:—A fairly good entry of both sheep and cattle, came forward, all' lines meeting with a- poor demand, and the bulk of the shcop entry was passed in unsold.
