Antwerp, August 17. In the 110 metres hurdles, Wilson (New Zealand) has qualified for the final. Kent-Hughes was defeated. Parker qualified for the final of the 10,000 metres walk. Tie 5000. rndfres walk was won by Guillemot (France), who made a wonderful spurt in the Inst 300 yards from Nurmi (Finland), amid intense excitement. ' The time was limin. 55seo. The rtial oF'tho 800 metres was ft great contest, and was won by Hill (England}, in lmin. 55 2-ssec. The high jump was won by Lauden (America).
