MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
MOTOR DRIVER COMMITTED FOE TRIAL. By Telograph—Press Association. Hamilton, August 14. At the Police Court, John Johnstone was charged with manslaughter arising out of the recent accident when Mrs. Maria Turner, aged 90, was knocked dwn by a car driven by the accused, and subsequently died. He was committed for trial at tho Supreme Court.
