The "National Tidende" stales that Trotsky, in a speech at Vilna, said that the solemn reception of ICaiueneff . and Krassin as representatives of the Russian Government in London meant that the Western Powers recognised the Soviet Government. Recent advices lead military officers to believe that the Bolsheviks will soon launch an attack against Rumania, with the object of regaining Bessarabia.
