Act of 18S4, is set aside, and used only for the development of 'Westport harbour and lands connected therewith. \ further resolution was carried that i'lV Government bo asked to repeal clauses 108 and 109 of tho Finance Act of 1915 and refund to tho board tho revenues taken under those clauses, amounting to 6omo .£67,000.
