Jones, and Mrs. Willyams. , Benjamius Limited,' general merchants,; Christohurch, were charged tliat onj January 6 they sold 500 Clarence cigar-! ettes to Hulston and Skinner at C2s. 2dv per 1000. Bernard Darby, trading as Wallace and; Co., chemist, Christchurbh, was charged! with selling to Robert B. Alexander half | a gallon of borol at a. price unreasonably, Ugh, namely, 45a., .contrary to statute. ( Forbes Limited, ironmongers. Lyttelton, were charged that they offered to; sell to' Leslie Arthur Turner and Henry. Voyco rabbit-traps at 375. per dozen,! which was unreasonably high, contrary ( ' to statute. iHearing of tho eases was adjourned tall August 31. .
