It is desired , that the man to be sent as' representing) the industry shall be ti grower, but if tho growers are united about the 'choice cf someone else, not ft grower, Itr. Nosworthy say<? that ha will raise 110 objections. Ho lies' promised in any wise that a representative of' the •Department shall go, and the representative is tp be Mr. A. 11.
