'Br Telogr&ph.-Speoial Oomspondent. Palmerston North, July 80. There wero largo yardings of sheep and a fair entry of cattle, at the Feilding yards to-day. including a number of dairy stock. Competition for' best' hoggets was not so keen as at 'he previous week's sale, but there Was.a /food demand for medium sheep. Medium hogget's mado from 225. to 25s.;*fair sorts, His. to 275.; good, 30s. to 31s. 6d. A line of owe hoggots from tho Tawa Estate reached 375. Aged ewes, in lamb to black-faced rams, made up to 435.; twotooth empty ewes, in fair condition, 355. 6d.j fat and forward two-tooth empty ewed, Ws. ljd. Dairy heifers made .£2O to .£2B; good dairy heifers, .£ls to £18; run cows, in calf, £9 15s. to .£9 55.; yearling steers, £h to £5; two-year-old dairy heifers, £7 to £1 10s.; empty store cows, £i 10s. to £7.
