Tho Mowing prisoners will' to-day come before Mr. Justice Chapman for sentence on the charges standing text their names:— Arthur William "Henry O'Neill, alias William Henry O'Neil, aggravated robbery ot Dannevirke. Andrew Paulson, alias Andrew Poison, alios Poulson, olins Anderson, theft from a dwelling at Petono. Thomas Augustus Griffiths, (1) breaking and entering with intent, (2) breaking and entering and theft at AVanganui. Porcival Sitnpkin, bigamy, at Napier. George William Allen, alias Nclla, theft at Wanganui; falso pretence at Otaki (two charges). Alfred Charles Love and John Olsen, breaking and entering and theft at Wellington (throe charges); theft from a dwelling at Wellington. Horace Smith, John Leslie. Batson, and Reginald Stunt, breaking, entering, and theft o.t Taihape. Frank Ktcve, false pretenco' at Dannevirke. Prank Rowlingson, forgery and uttering at Wellington (three charges), and false pretence at Wellington (two charges). David Cameron Stewart, breaking, entering, and theft at Napier (four charges); forgery at Napier.
