(Roc. July 26, 7.45 p.m.) Tokio, July 23. Tho Imperial Household has issued a bulletin stating that _ tho Emperor is suffering from neuralgia of the lup joint and diabetes. Ho is recovering slowly. Ho considers Stato affairs, but does not attend coromonics or grant audiences. Rest is still necessary.--A.us.-N-Z. Cable Aien.
