Mr. Gompcrs (president of the American Federation of Labour), who recently declared that tho Democratic platform moro thoroughly represents Labour's desires, state that ho is not recommending how delegates at largo shall voto for President, but pointing out that Labour's non-pnrtisan political campaign is tho most virile movement in American political life.
