CHARGED WITH CORRUPT PRACTICES. Toklo, July 23. Renewed changes of official corruption, involving the Ministers Takahashi, Yamamoto. and Nakahashi, were presented in the Diet, with a demand for a complete investigation, lest the consequences beoome serious. The ■ charges ' are accompanied by a commercial agency's report showing the shares held in the names of the sous and wives of Ministers at the end of 1919, compared with those held in 1920, and showing that Shares were held prior to the recent slump.—Reuter.
