GREEKS OCCUPY ADRIANOPLE

Houses were ignited in ithe French quarters in Karo&ach. A Turkish attack on the right flank followed, and wa9 repulsed!— United Service. Athens, July 25. The Greeks have occupied Adrianople. The Turks retreated to Kirk Kilisse.— Aua.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec. July 26, 8.30 p.m.) Constantinople, July 2S. Adrianople was occupied after heavy fighting and severe losses on both sides. The Turks are fleeing headlong, and have set fire to a portion of the city. They are now cornered 1 in the triangle between Babenski, Adrianople, and KirkKilisse, their only outlet being over tho Bulgarian frontier.—"The Times." IMPORTANT RESULTS EXPECTED. (Rec. July 27, 0.30 a.m.) London, Jnly 26. The Greeks made a rapid advance from Rodoeto, capturing prisoners and material, and inflicting heavy losses. Luleh Burghas and Airebolu have occupied, and the Greeks are now encircling the enemy around Uzon Kopru. Important results are expected. An Asia Minor communique reports' that the Greeks are rapidly clearing the country of the' £emalist marauders.— "Tha Times.'" •
