(Rec. July 15, 10.55 p.m.) Melbourne, July 15. Tho High Court hns discharged the rule nisi for the issue of a writ, of habeas corpus in respect to Father Jerg"<t. Counsel {or tho Commonwealth stat■etl that the Government was of opinion that Father presence here was a danger to the public and a menace to law and order. An appeal was lodged against the discharge, 'the Crown undertaking that in tho event of tho appeal beintf upheld it would place no restriction on Father Jorger'g return to Austrilia—Press Assn.
