HIGHER TRAM FARES AT AUCKLAND

It is anticipated that a scale of higher tram fares, including the abolition of penny sections, will 'come into force in Auckland on Saturday next. All the local bodies concerned havo now agreed' on the form that concession tickets shall take. The necessary Order-in-Council will probably bo issued on Thursday.
