SPECIAL- TRIBUNAL TO BE' SET UP IN AUSTRALIA. Considerable, heck- ,- ling followed the Opposition accusing the Government of being afraid'to stand, up'to the unusual motion. • ...-,. Mr. Hughes, after referring to ,the delays in the Arbitration Court, said. he intended to establish-.a special tribunal to deal with the dispute.'
