THE TWO MILLION LOAN
SUBSCRIPTIONS SATISFACTORY. Tho Prime Minister siid yesterday that the subscriptions to the two million loan are coining in satisfactorily. No time limit has been placed on tho loan, which was offered principally because at the time there was money in the country availablo for investment. There might have been a risk of some of that money finding an outlet overseas, and the local loan was therefore put on the market. The Minister hinted that if he chose to do 60 he could 1 fill the loon at little notice.
