NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL CONFERENCE
<, By TelaffraDh—Press Association. Duncdin, July 5. At a public meeting which vns moderately well attended and was representative of employers and workers, Mr. A. F. Harper (Dominion organiser for the Now Zealand Welfare League) submitted n motion affirming that the Government should call a general national industrial conference representing those actually engaged in industry, employers, and workers. The motion was carried unanimously.
