Ernest I.eighton that, at tho auction sale held bv him- in •the Chamber of Commerce yesterday, under instructions from the Public Trustee, there was a largo attendance, and the bidding was spirited. Two acres three, roods nine perches of level land adjoining tho Bolievuo Gnrdons, in the A. K. V. Loddur estate, was sold to Mr. I'. Cooper, at J01525. A small farm of 4 acres 2 roods 12 perches, at Johnsonvilie, in tho P. Garriock estate, was sold to Mr. Wood at JCO2O.
