. -4 'By Teloeraph—Spcolal OorreiDondent, Palmerston North, June 29. Messrs. Dalgety-.and Co.Offered to-day at- Bulls the Matahiwi Estate, Ohaku; consisting of 398} acres of first-class mixed farming land, cut into threo properties. _ There was n "good attendance, and spirited bidding, all the jand being sold. The homestead block of 280 acres was bought by D. Eraser. (Bulls) at <£85 10s. per acre. An area of 8G acres without improvements fell to Ellery Bros. (Bulls) at .£63 per acre, and 52 acres werb taken by the same buyers at £% per acre. . '
