MRS. PHILIP SNOWDEN DISILLUSIONED. Stockholm, June 23. Mrs. Philip Snowden has returned from Russia. In an interview, she declared that Soviet Russia had nothing to teach Western Europe. She was convinced that Conservative England wiuld possess Socialism long before they had it in Russia—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
