It was decided to invito General Sir Andrew Russell to become commander of the Legion. A remit that Maoris be eligiblo for membership was carried fcy 25 votes to 4. Conference ■■ decided unanimously to reinstate F. Kummer, of Masterton. After a long, discussion it was decided that tho present uniform, with the addition of a Norfolk jacket, be adopted. To-night dolegates were tho guests of the Taranaki squadron at a banquet.
