The conferenco of tho Post and Telegraph fficers' j'w.'. •' on was continued in Wellington yesterday. "The delegates dealt with remits concerning hours of duty, payment for overtime, supply of uniforms, and other matters. They approved of ft proposal to divide the Napier branch into two parts, with headquarters at Napier and Ilnstings. Most of the day was devoted to tho disoussion c-f Departmental matters, The conference will be closed to-day.
