At the Addington market to-<lay there was a big yarding: of fat sheep and an average one of fat cattle. Store Sheep,—There was a slightly bigger yarding than last week. Thero was a healthier tone in the market, though no quotable change occurred in values, but a better clearance was effected. Southland and West Coast sheep were represented in tho yarding. Quotations:—lnferior hoggets, Us. Id. to 15s. Gd.; good hoggets, 16s. to 225.; good ewo. hoggets, 835.; 4 6 and 8-tooth ewes, 275. 2d. to 33s'; inferior 4, G, and 8-tooth wethers, 225. to 255. fid.; fair 2-tooth ewes,, in lnnib 225. lid.; fair sor-nd-mouthed ewo», 265. to 285. ; -2-tooth wethers, 225. lid..to 265. • Fat Lambs—Extra prime, to 355. 9d.; prime, 275. 6d. to 335..1 d.; medium, 25a. to 275. 3d., light and-unfinished, 20s. to Fat Sheep.-A big yarding Recent values wero scarcely maintained throughout the sale particularly for secondary quality and when butchers' requirements were filled towards the close tttre was an casing.
