Mr. Adams advised tho board to determine its future intentions, in order that tlio present operations may form part of the larger scheme, as lie consider. l ) there is a possibility of the construction of an insido harbour to aecommodnto oversea vessels. The board resolved to promote au Empowering Bill to borrow .£175,000.
