The Conciliation Committee which has been investigating the dispute.of the locomotive men with the railway manaeement presented its report to the Minister of Railways (Mr. Massey) last nijjht. Mr. Massey said that the report would be considered by the Department in exactly the same way-as the report concerning the dispute with the A.b.K.b., and that when the case of tho iirst Division men of the service had been considered all three cases would have to be presented to Cabinet and considered by Cabinet together.' It is probable that the committee to consider the claims of thio Railway Officers, Institute will meet this week, perhaps on Friday.
