CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
JURY FAILS TO AGREE,

Auckland, June 15, The jury'failed to agree on the charge of manslaughter against a young man, Alfred Thomas Porcy Dare (23), whom the polico accuse of taking a motor-car from outside tho Opera, House and driving it so recklessly that lie collided with und killed Arthur John Horton at Penrose on the afternoon of January 1G last. Tho Judge ordered a fresh triaj.
