ASSAULT CHARGE
INJURED MAN IN CRITICAL STATE. By Telegraph-Press Association. > Invercargill, June 8. At the Police Court, Robert K. Corrie, charged with assaulting Robert Donaghy nud causing him actual bodily harm, was remanded for a week. Accused is alleged to have struck Donaghy, who fell, sustaining concussion, on May 29. Donaghy has never regained consciousness, and his condition is critical.
