NATIONAL SECRETARY'S OPINION OF NEW AWARD. London, Juno 6. Addressing a meeting of railwayman at Battorscn, Mr. Thomas, national secretary, declared that tho now wages award to railwavmcn would disappoint many, but evarythins; obtainable had boon obtained.
