Tho report urged the need of terminating the leases of millions of acres held by largo companies and financial institutions to provide living areas for thousands of land seekers, who aro unable to obtain Cand. It condemned proportional representation and tho preferential voting system, under which electors wero hoodwinked, and woro unablo to'get a square deal. Tho report pressed the need for harmonious relations between tho party and tho Labour Council, but in order to secure this it was absolutely impcrativo that tho personnel of Council officials shouild be changed, otherwise unity of effort would be olit of tho question.— Press Assn.
