On the application of ChiefDetective Wnrd ho was remanded until this morning. Bail was allowed in J125 and one suroty of £25.

Michael Lane, for being drunk, was convicted and discharged, and for committing, a grossly, indecent act he was fined .£2, in deiault one week's imprisolirflont.
