Invercargill, June 2, After the trial of William Joseph Lvons, William Holland slid William IMward Duthie, on various charges arisintr out of tho theft of a largo quantity of "petrol from a bulk storo occupied by J. Edward and Co. and Briscoo and Co, had proceeded throughout tho forenoon at tho Supreme Court, counsel for accused withdrew the plea of not guilty and they pleaded guilty, Duthio and Lyons to theft and Holland to breaking and entering. Mr. Justice Sim sentenced each of tho accnscd to reformative detention for a period not exceeding three years.
