Latterly meetings have been poorly attended, and the lwdy has become lifeless. To reorganise it a motion was moved to dissolve, but it was defeated by seven votes to six, after a very lengthy discussion. Tho president, vice-presidents, secretary, and members of the executive present, with ono exception, voluntarily resigned.
