By Toleermh.—Press Association. Napier, May 29. The Ohurakura Estate, 30 miles from Napier, on the Taupo Eoad, the property of Mrs. Perry (daughter of the late G. P. Donnelly), was sold by auction to-day. The total area is 13,320 acres, of which 12,2 m acres was sold for .£102.932 15a. The smallest section, subject to timber restrictions, was passed in. No. 1 Block (3550 acres)' was bought by G. .T. Parker, of Hastings, at -£10 103., total 0037,275; No. 2 Block (3530 acres) bv tho same buyer nt £7 iOs,, total .£27,357 10s.; No. 3 Block (31li0 acres) was taken by Pntlallo, of Namer. at £7 10s., total ,£23,700: No. i Block (2000 acres) by M. F. Bonrke, Napier, at £7 55., total .fi11,500.
