M'Gregor, who purchased Section 1, village of Marshall, at auction on March 10 List, at upset prico (£100), asking for an extension of time in which to pay the balanco of tho purchase money—lt was resolved to accept payment. Messrs. L. B. Smith and A. W. Tapp wroto protesting againßt Mr. J. Olancy being allowed to transfer his interest in temporary grazing tenancy under Sect'on 74 (b) of Land for Settlements Act, 1906, to Mr. A. O. H. Smith (Waddington Settlement).—lt was resolved that A. 0. H. Smith should (hold the share of tlho tenancy.
Messrs. W. Gray and W. S. BusseD wrote applying for Section 20, Block XI, Jietarulta S.D., containing 1 acre 2 roodß 24 perches—Temporary license granted.
Mr. W. A. Lyon, solicitor, on behalf of Mr. A. H. Eocott (executor of the will of the late Mr. James Henry Escott), applied for a renewal for a term of 21 years ol education reserves lease No. 4895, ovei Section 5, Block YII, Gorge 5.8., 49 acres 2 roods.—Approved.
The board granted Jameß Edward John Monaghan a renewal for a further term of 21 years of his education reserve leaso No. 4574 over Sections 47 and 67, Newman Township, and Section 24, Newman Suburban, 6 acreß.
