PREMIERS' CONFERENCE
NEW INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS SUGGESTED. Melbourne, May 2G. Tho Premiers' Conference concluded yesterday. It declined to grant power to Mr. Hughes to arbitrate in industrial unrest within one State. Mr. Iluglles suggested A new Commonwealth Court and Industrial Boards and Council comprising employers and employees, Mr. Hughes announced that tharo would be much borrowing in tho future, and intimated that a. rcduotion would be made in tho capita poonnflnt to fcha Asan.
