HEMP AND HONEY MARKETS
The Department of Agriculture has received tho following cablegram, dated Mav 21, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London:—"Hemp.—Manila market is easier. Poor demand early this week, but fair business has been done later at lower prices. 'J' grade, February to June shipments, sold i'G3; July-September shipment about dEGI) 10s .New Zealand market quiet, aud prices unchanged. "Honey.—Feeling in market is better, though demand has been chiefly for low grade. New Zealand unchanged, Wit prospects are favourable."
