TRIAL OF LESLIE WORRELL COMMENCED.
(Rec. May 24, 9.50 p.m.) Sydney, May 24. Tho trial of Leslie Worrell, charged with murdering his wife, has commenced, and is arousing great public interest. Medioal evidence show 9 that the wound could have been self-inflicted.—Press Association. [Mre. Worrell's body was discovered in scrub at Woronora Park, near Sutherland, with a bullet wound in' the temple, and her husband, Constable Worrell, was arrested and charged with murdering her.] .
