SHAMROCK IV AT NEW YORK
(T?cc. May 23, 5.5 p.m.) New York, May 21. Captain Burton, who will be sailing master of the America Cup challenger 'Shamrock IV., has arrived here. He eaid that Sir Thomas Lipton would nrrivj at the end of the month and would probably sail on the challenger during the race.
