BRITISH CITIZEN HELD FOR RANSOM. (Eec. May 23, 5.5 n.m.) Washington, May 21. It is reported to the State Department that the Mexican bandit Villa is holding Georgo Millar, a British citizen, under a ransom of 50.000 dollars. Cnrranza is reported to have been murdered by his revolting followers.
