[An Auckland telegram published on Saturday was as follows:—Tho Auckland master butchers announce a reduction in the price of meat from May 2i. Ths reduction amounts to Jd, per lb. all round, and Id. per lb. in one or two lines. The resolution' is due to the recent easing of wholesale prices at Westfield market.]
